International Women’s Day March 8th 2015

Empowering stratospheric growth of economic, educational and social programs for 1M Women.

mix nation diversity

Today, on International Women’s Day, we ask the question: how can our sisterhood support ourselves to deepen our inter-connected world ?

As we continue to explore the impact of being self- aware Smart in a Spiritually intelligent world, I’d like to offer the following reflections

Become the Champions of Change

In the global community of women, “[a] huge and fast-growing group of people are poised to take their place in the economic mainstream over the next decade, as employees, employers, producers, and entrepreneurs. This group’s impact on the global economy will be at least as significant as that of the billion-plus populations in both China and India.” (Source: http://www.strategyand.pwc.com/global/home/what-we-think/third_billion)

As growing numbers of women enter the economic mainstream, they will have a profound effect on global business. But many women in many countries have not yet attracted the attention they deserve.

In Canada, women continue to lead in many areas of economic and social empowerment. Researchers at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) evaluated more than 100 countries on two criteria: “the policies they had in place to support women, such as those guaranteeing access to education and credit, and the economic achievements of women there, including their level of participation in the workforce and employment in high-level jobs.” (Source: https://hbr.org/2013/04/women-and-the-economics-of-equality)

I am proud to be a Canadian business leader. From entrepreneurship, the corporate boardroom to politics, healthcare and other fields of leadership to the ladder of equal pay, and social programs, Canada is one of the world’s best countries for women to thrive in.

Australia, Finland, Norway, Germany and Canada are some of the countries where women lead strongly.

Learning from the World’s Best

As a matter of fact, German feminine leadership is championing the world’s most important issues. How are they leading with power? For one thing, 73% of German companies offer flex time for women to shine economically.

Perhaps it’s because of German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s approach to make people feel safe, economically strong, along with her humility and ability to calm people’s temper.   She is being touted as the new leader of the free world and may be the only one to know how to stop Putin and save Europe’s Euro crisis.

Proposed Action: Join me at Sister Leadership in co-creating a world of women in business by embracing Spiritual Intelligence. Let us serve our communities with growing intuition, powerful intention and a limitless Field of Unconscious Energy.

Till next week,

Cam
